1. 14-Day Statutory Cancellation Right
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations and Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at info@embellishandthread.com within 14 days of receipt. You then have 14 further days to return the items.
2. Refund Terms
If you cancel your entire order within the 14-day window, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (if you selected an upgraded or express delivery option, only the standard delivery cost is refunded).
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
